Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 28 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Summoner’s Nexus TCG, including the website, remotely loaded web application, Android and iOS applications, and authorised beta channels. The service is operated by The Gaming Nexus Studios Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Beta service

Summoner’s Nexus is being distributed for testing and development. Features, balance, cards, availability, stored state, interfaces and technical requirements may change. We will take reasonable care with account and game state, but beta functionality may contain defects or require maintenance. Public App Store or Google Play production release is not implied by access to a beta.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and use an authentication account you are authorised to control.
  • Sign In is for an existing Summoner’s Nexus account. Create Account is a separate action and must not be used to impersonate another person.
  • You are responsible for protecting your device and provider account. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, private links or recovery material.
  • You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements that apply where you live. A parent or guardian is responsible where legally required.
  • One person must not use automation, duplicate accounts or coordinated abuse to manipulate ranked, economy, Guild, reward or testing systems.

Acceptable use and fair play

You must not cheat, exploit defects, interfere with matches or services, reverse engineer protected server behavior, access another account, bypass security controls, forge transactions, manipulate client or device state, harass users, publish unlawful or infringing content, or use the service in a way that harms other players or the service. Report suspected security issues privately through the support page.

Game rules, moderation and competitive records

Game modes are governed by their current in-app rules, legal-action engine, event sequencing and server records. We may correct clearly defective results, remove exploit-generated state, retire invalid transactions, moderate Guild or user-generated activity, and suspend access where reasonably necessary for integrity, safety or legal compliance. Security, contest, replay, transaction and moderation records may be retained after account deletion where necessary to protect the service and other users.

Virtual items and currency

Cards, Sigils, Guild resources, cosmetics, alternate artwork, packs and other in-game items are licensed features of the service. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold or transferred outside authorised in-game systems. Balance, availability and functionality may change for testing, fairness, legal or technical reasons. The current beta does not process card-payment details inside the application. Any future store purchase will also be subject to the applicable Apple or Google terms and refund rules.

Intellectual property

Summoner’s Nexus, its software, rules implementation, characters, card designs, artwork, audio, text, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to The Gaming Nexus Studios Ltd. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.

Availability, updates and devices

The applications use a thin remote-shell architecture and require access to the approved HTTPS service for normal use. You are responsible for a compatible device, network access and provider account. We may require an application or capability update, place the service into maintenance, withdraw an obsolete beta, or change supported operating-system versions. Do not rely on uninterrupted availability.

Ending use and account deletion

You may stop using the service, log out, export available product data, or request account deletion from the Account area or the account-deletion page. We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limits and integrity-record retention, will continue.

Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to protect credentials, or external provider/network failures beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, safety or legal changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or an in-service notice where appropriate. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
