Delete your Q’d account
You can permanently request deletion of your Q’d account and associated personal data from inside the Q’d app.
Delete your account in Q’d
- Sign in to Q’d.
- Open Profile, then Account settings.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.
Your profile is hidden and your active sessions are revoked when the request is confirmed. Account data is then deleted or anonymised in line with the Q’d Privacy Notice and applicable retention requirements.
If you cannot access the app
Email ts5bme@tgnstudios.uk from the email address associated with your Q’d account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal obligations or the defence of legal claims. Q’d does not retain raw face-liveness captures after the verification result is obtained.
